SR Point: Before meeting the first victory condition, defeat 20 enemies. (Defeating your 20th enemy in the same action as meeting the condition will count.)

SR Point: Within 5 turns, defeat all other enemies, then defeat Sapphiada. It will retreat on turn 6 or when its HP falls below 5000.

 Victory Condition: Defeat all enemies. Defeat the Sapphiada (Wayne) or force it to retreat.
Defeat Condition: Mothership is defeated. Setsuko is defeated.

 Victory Condition: Defeat the Guyana Class Land Carrier (Lindt).
Defeat Condition: Mothership is defeated. Allelujah is defeated.
SR Point: Within 4 player turns, defeat all other enemies, then defeat the Guyana Class Land Carrier.

Victory Condition: Defeat Marylin's Axio Burglar. Defeat all enemies.
Defeat Condition: Esther is defeated. Mothership is defeated
SR Point: Defeat Jeraud's Diem-Lee within 3 turns of his appearance.
Secret Requirements:
  • Nyan Nyan's Famous Tuna Buns
    • Move Esther to the position 2 spaces right and 8 spaces up from the bottom left corner, or 1 space left and up from where the Macross Quarter sorties.

Unit Acquisition:

第16話： 次元の心央
Scenario 16: Heart of the Dimension
Victory Condition: Defeat the Palace Insalaum (Ambroan), or force Seiouki The Insa (Uther) to retreat. Defeat all enemies.
Defeat Condition: Mothership is defeated
SR Point: Deal more than 4500 damage to Seiouki The Insa in one battle. It will retreat immediately after being attacked.

第17話： 朱禁城の花嫁
Scenario 17: A Bride in the Vermilion Forbidden City
Victory Condition: Defeat the Shen Hu (Li Xingke). Defeat the Da Longdan.
Defeat Condition: Mothership is defeated.
SR Point: Defeat 12 or more enemies, then defeat Shen Hu; meanwhile, prevent Wufei (as an NPC) from defeating more than 2 enemies.
Secret Requirements:
  • Zero Points:
    • Shoot down the Da Longdan with Zero. (+1)

    • From now on, Ohgi will become captain of the Ikaruga when Shinkirou is deployed
