Stages 01 - 09
- Note 1: The acquisition of either protagonist is mutually exclusive for each route. If one protagonist was chosen, the other protagonist will not join the Player Team; said protagonist will still appear throughout the story, but they will be travelling separately from the Player Team.
- Note 2: If you are playing on a New Game+ mode, you will automatically be able to select between ZEUTH route and ZAFT route after stage 47 (both routes).
- Note 3: "Have Ally Unit battle Enemy Unit" means having a squad with the ally unit set as leader battle the squad with the enemy unit inside. The ally unit does not need to deal damage to, or even target the enemy unit. For example, if the ally unit squad uses a Centre-Formation series of single target attacks on an enemy unit squad subordinate, the condition is still met. If the battle occurs during Enemy Phase, choosing Defend or Evade will still meet the condition. Using MAP attacks, support attacks and support defenses will not meet the condition.
- Note 4: "Have Ally Unit persuade Enemy Unit" means having a squad with the ally unit set as leader move directly next to the enemy unit, and then use the Persuade (
