Your Squad Rank increases as you acquire more units and upgrade them. As your Rank increases you'll unlock the following benefits:
- Increased Assist Crew maximum
- Expanded STG Memory Paths
- Increased Pilot Upgrade Limit
- Additional Upgrade Ranks for Mechs
