Things that do carry over
- A percentage of your total money (regardless of if it was spent or unspent)
- This percentage is 50% on your 2nd run, 75% on your 3rd run, and 100% on your 4th run onwards
- Kill Counts
- All Skills gained by natural progression and by leveling up other skills
- These skills will retain any experience and levels earned
- Secret Skills
- Secret Weapons
- The number of times you used certain weapons
- Example: If you use Valsione R's Cross Smasher 4 times in a playthrough, in any subsequent playthrough you will only need to use it one more time in order to achieve the first condition for Mobius Jade
Things that do NOT carry over
- Pilot Levels
- Pilot Skill Slots
- Cybuster's Possession Ability
