1920, ten years after the independent nation "[Player Defined Name]" was established on the Antartica continent.
Around this time, many countries were warning about a global energy crisis that would likely to occur in the near future. The discovery led to a research into "New Powerplant" that doesn't require fossil fuel
5 years later, Germany became the first country to develop a prototype of this "New Powerplant", raising hopes of resolving energy crisis. However, during start up testing the reactor core was damaged and went out of control, and the research facility was completely destroyed. This disaster prompted countries to successively suspend research into high-risk "New Powerplant" and anxiety over energy crisis engulfed the world once again.
In 1931, six years after the runaway accident involving "New Powerplant", an exotic metal known as "Rare Metal" was discovered beneath the continent of the independent nation of "[Player Defined Name]". A special R&D institution in the country discovered the alloys made from this "Rare Metal" possesses high thermal and impact resistance. Believing this "Rare Metal" would resume the development progress of the "New Powerplant", "[Player Defined Name]" began exporting it to other countries. However, not everyone shared the same world view...
1934, countries around of the world started development fleets of massive weapons known as "superweapons", utilizing the "New Powerplant" and "New Alloys". Such groundbreaking "Technology" had quickly awakened mankind's desire for conquest.
The world was divided into "Allied Forces" and "Axis Forces", and eventually a great war broke out. When the war began, "[Player Defined Name]" stopped exporting its "New Alloys", but both Allied and Axis forces sought to monopolize the source of the "New Alloys", and in 1938, they both simultaneously declared war on "[Player Defined Name]". And thus "[Player Defined Name]" is inevitably dragged into the stage of "Superweapon War".
Excessive "Technology" has sparked a new conflict.
