This page explains how to restore Stamina, avoid or recover from Sick, unlock reusable recovery options, and plan around consumables, vacations, passive recovery, and reward-reel Stamina panels.

Quick reminders

  • If you have at least 1 Stamina, you can start any normal action. Reaching exactly 0 Stamina is safe, but at 0 you cannot start non-recovery actions.
  • There is a chance to become Sick if an action costs more Stamina than you currently have; see Getting Sick for the formula and examples.
  • Keep Gold set aside for Medicine or Vacation before deliberately over-spending Stamina.
  • Lemonade restores 30 Stamina on purchase, but its shop price increases over time and with purchases.
  • Treat Lemonade as a progressively more expensive emergency resource.
  • Medicine cures Sick only when Sick, and each purchase increases later Medicine cost.
  • Vacations restore Stamina, clear Sick status, and grant small learning boosts. Use them as planned full resets, not just emergency recovery.
  • Passive turn recovery is based on heroine-specific base recovery, total stats, passive rest items, and Sick status. See Stamina Recovery per Turn.
  • Iris mastery grants +10 Stamina after each event while healthy, which effectively lowers net event cost once unlocked.

Overview / Mechanics

This section summarizes the stamina rules and planning effects that matter during play.

Core stamina rules

  • Stamina is spent when an event or action starts. Most normal story and work events cost Stamina.
  • If you have at least 1 Stamina, normal actions can be started. If you are at 0 Stamina, non-recovery actions are blocked.
  • Vacations restore full Stamina, cure Sick, and follow seasonal cost and timing rules. See Vacations.
  • Reward Reel "Stamina Bonus" panels can give back Stamina after events. Herb Jar adds two extra "Stamina Bonus" panels to the Reward Reel, so treat it as a lucky bonus source rather than reliable recovery.
  • Unlocking reliable recovery options increases how many actions you can safely take before needing consumables or vacations.

Consumables

  • Lemonade restores 30 Stamina immediately when purchased. Its price rises over time and with repeated purchases, so it is best treated as an emergency resource.
  • Medicine cures Sick immediately when purchased, but only if the heroine is Sick. Its price rises with each purchase, so keep enough Gold available before taking risky low-Stamina actions.

Getting Sick

If an action costs more Stamina than you currently have, the confirmation dialog shows the risk and the event rolls sickness chance if you proceed.

Notes

  • If EventCost ≤ CurrentStamina, sickness chance is 0% because no sickness-risk confirmation is needed.
  • Every 1 point of deficit raises the chance by 1 percentage point after the +10 offset, until the 100% cap.
  • A displayed 100% sickness chance is guaranteed.
  • Sick also lowers skill learning rate, so it is not only a Stamina problem.

Natural recovery from Sick

While Sick, turn-start Stamina recovery is halved. After that healing, the game rolls natural Sick recovery from the heroine's current Stamina fraction.

Cure chance = Current Stamina ÷ Max Stamina

  • Current Stamina = Max Stamina gives a 100% cure chance.
  • Current Stamina = 50% of Max gives a 50% cure chance.
  • Current Stamina = 0 gives a 0% cure chance.
  • Medicine and Vacation clear Sick immediately.

Quick planning rules

  • Avoid letting Stamina remain capped at max between turns, since wasted recovery is lost action value.
  • Prefer recurring, short-cooldown recovery services for steady sessions.
  • Save large vacations and Lemonade for planned long sessions, risky over-spending, or emergencies.
  • Because Lemonade and Medicine become more expensive with repeated purchases, prefer reusable recovery options and passive recovery items when practical.

Notes on items

  • Lemonade and Medicine both grow in price with purchases, prefer stamina recovery events and passive unlocks over repeat consumable buys when possible. Try to keep enough money on hand when doing a risky event to cure sickness with Medicine or to pay for a Vacation.
  • Lemonade price increases by +5 Gold per purchase and +5 Gold per turn. Medicine price increases by +70 Gold with each purchase.

Unlocking 羽毛の魔法 / A Feathery Miracle

Complete this event chain to unlock 魔法の羽毛布団 / Magical Feather Duvet (I22) in the shop.
Complete the chain by end of Turn 34 to receive the item reward.

Stamina Recovery per Turn

Each turn, the heroine automatically recovers Stamina based on her base recovery, total stats, rest items, and Sick status.

  • Total Stats is the sum of the heroine's main stats: Charisma, Vitality, Sensitivity, Intelligence, and Morality. It is capped at 5000 for this formula.
  • Rest Item Bonus is the sum of rest-item modifiers: Fluffy Pillow +3%, Soft Pajamas +9%, and Magical Feather Duvet +18%.
  • While Sick, Turn Recovery is halved.

Stamina Overage to Inspiration

If Stamina recovery would go over the heroine's maximum Stamina, the excess recovery is converted into bonus Inspiration.

You can see how much Stamina will be restored by hovering over the Turn End button. The UI does not directly show the overage amount. The overage is the part of that recovery that would exceed the heroine's maximum Stamina.

This bonus is added separately from the normal Inspiration gained when ending a turn.

The overage conversion only applies while the heroine is healthy.

Vacations

This section lists every heroine vacation, its calendar season, CG entry, and related outfit/costume record. Vacations are full-rest events tied to the calendar season.

Calendar overview:

  • There are 48 turns in a full run. Each turn is one schedule week.
  • Every 4 turns, the calendar advances to the next month, for a total of 12 months.
  • Seasons are determined by the current month.

Taking a vacation:

  • Unlocks its CG entry.
  • Gives +5 Love.
  • Fully restores Stamina.
  • Clears Sick.
  • Queues two Feel Good states for the following weeks (turns).

Feel Good state makes skill learning more effective. While active, it adds a random +10% to +20% bonus when skill-learning progress advances. Becoming Sick removes the active state.

Each vacation can be viewed once per run.

The Related outfit column is the costume tag stored on the vacation record. It does not provide gameplay value.
