Supreme At 130 Power, increases Accuracy and Evasion rates +20%, and reduces damage taken -20%. Mima, Yorihime
Genius 天才 Increases Accuracy and Critical rates by 20%. Eirin
Lucky 強運 Increases Points gained +20%. Stacks with items and skills, but not the Luck spirit. Tewi, Toyohime
SP Regen SP回復 Unit restores 10 SP for 10 turns. Shinki
Buddhist 法力 Increases Melee, Defense, and Accuracy stats as Power rises. Effect increases based on skill Level, up to level 5. Nazrin, Shou, Murasa, Ichirin, Byakuren
Musician 奏者 Decreases MP costs -20%. Stacks with MP Save. Lunasa, Merlin, Lyrica
Oni 鬼力 Ignores decrease in damage dealt or increase in damage received due to size difference. At 130 Power, reduces damage taken by 10%. Suika, Yuugi
Mind Reading 読心 Unit auto-casts Alert at the beginning of each turn. Increases Accuracy and Evasion rates depending on level. Satori, Koishi

Morale 気分高揚 140 Every turn, Power increases by 3.
Shotgunning 張り付き 180/320 Increases final damage of Shooting weapons used at 1 range by 10%/20%. Has no effect for Support Attacks and team attacks.
Hit & Away ヒット&アウェイ 350 Unit can move after attacking if it attacks an enemy without moving.
Support Attack 援護攻撃 160/200/240/280 A unit that has not attacked can support an adjacent unit with a follow-up attack at reduced damage.
Support Defense 援護防御 160/240/320/400 Can defend an adjacent allied unit in the same terrain from an oncoming attack.
Assist Boost 支援強化 150/300 Increases damage of team attacks by 10%/20%.
Combo Attack 連携攻撃 150 Unit's support attack is guaranteed to be a critical hit. Does not affect team attacks.
Instinct 気合避け 50/(+15 each rank) Increases Accuracy and Evasion rates as HP decreases. Levels up to 9.
Prevail 底力 50/(+15 each rank) Increases Defense and Critical rate as HP decreases. Levels up to 9.
Random Dodge 嘘避け 100/150 Increases Evasion rate by 10%/20% when the unit has a lower Skill stat than the enemy.
Grazing かすり 140/220 Reduces damage taken while Grazing by 50%/75%.
Pattern Type パターン化 160/200/240 Grants a fixed chance to activate Counter when being attacked by an enemy. Effect increases with level and Skill stat.
Cut Back 切り返し 130/370 Reduces danmaku Defense/Evasion penalties by 30%/50%.
Blocking ブロッキング 180/270/360 Grants use of Parry and/or Shield Defense, depending on unit's ability as shown on the unit screen. Effect increases with skill level and the Skill stat.
Unfocused Movement 高速移動 180 Increases Unfocused Move by 1.
Focused Movement 低速移動 180 Increases Focused Move by 1.
P-Damage P回収(被弾) 60 Increases Power by 2 when unit takes damage.
P-Hit P回収(命中) 60 Increases Power by 1 when unit successfully lands a hit on an enemy.
P-Evade P回収(回避) 90 Increases Power by 1 when unit successfully evades an attack.
P-Defeat P回収(撃破) 80 Increases Power by 1 when an enemy unit is defeated.
Guard ガード 180/360 At 130 Power, reduces damage taken by 10%/20%.
Predict 見切り 140/320 At 130 Power, increases Hit and Evasion stats by 20/35.
Belief 信念 140/320 At 130 Power, increases Melee and Shooting stats by 10/25, and Critical rates by 10%/15%.
Diligence 克己 250/300 At 130 Power, increases activation chance of Parry, Shield Defense, Counter, and Double Image by 10%/15%.
Extend エクステンド 250/400 At 150 Power, recover 20%/33% (or 20/30, whichever is higher) SP. Only activates once per stage.
Ignore Distance 距離補正無視 140 Ignores accuracy and damage penalties when attacking an enemy from 6 range or higher.
Ignore Size サイズ差補正無視 270 Ignores accuracy and damage penalties when attacking an enemy of larger Size.
Break Power Limit パワー限界突破 240 Raises unit's Power limit to 170.
MP Save 霊力節約 190 Reduces MP costs by 20%.
Ammo Save 弾数節約 190 Increases Weapon Ammo capacity by 50% (rounds up).
SP Up 精神上昇 30/(+50 each rank) Increases max SP by 5 per level.

Enemy-only Skills

Triple Action 三回行動 Unit gets two more actions on their turn.
P-All P回収(オール) Combined effects of P-Damage, P-Hit, P-Evade, P-Defeat.
Prevail+ 底力+ Combined effects of Instinct and Prevail.
Break Power Limit+ パワー限界突破+ Raises Power Limit to 200.
SP Regen+ SP回復+ Unit restores 30 SP on every turn.
Morale+ 気分高揚+ Every turn, Power increases by 7.
Manifest Dream 夢顕 At 130 Power, gets an extra action every turn and reduces damage taken by 20%. Consumes less SP for "Dream" spirit command as level increases.

Notes

  • In FMW E, Unfocused Movement, Focused Movement, and Belief had different effects.
  • In FMW P, alongside SP Up was a host of skills that boosted each stat.
