Six pilots may be assigned to each of these categories to receive the listed bonus. It is a small gain to offset the large cast list and small deployment size. You cannot assign a pilot to a Sub-Order category after deploying them in battle.
Do note that after choice in route splits and re-entering the intermission screen, the sub-order menu is "reset" and you can re-assign sub-orders.
Sub-Orders

| Training | トレーニング | Chosen pilots get 20 PP. |
| Patrol | パトロール | Chosen pilots get +2 kills added to their kill count. |
| Simulator | シミュレーター | Chosen pilots get 500 EXP. |
| Funds Procurement | 資金調達 | Acquire funds amounting to the total amount of all participating pilots levels, multiplied by 300. |
