Five pilots may be assigned to each of these categories to receive the listed bonus. It is a small gain to offset the large cast list and small deployment size. You cannot assign a pilot to a Sub-Order category after deploying them in battle.
Sub-Orders

| Training | トレーニング | Chosen pilots get 20 TacP, increases to 50 TacP after Stage 40 |
| Patrol | パトロール | Chosen pilots get +2 kills added to their shotdown count |
| Simulator | シミュレーター | Chosen pilots get 500 EXP |
| Funds Raising | 資金調達 | Acquire 5,000 funds for each pilot selected, increases to 10,000 after Stage 40 |
