Spirit Training Bug

If you have your selected main character undergo Spirit Training, they will permanently lose the +50 SP bonus during the events of scenario 42. (Validity still unclear atm)
As of update 1.02, this bug has been fixed. (PS4 - Confirmed)

Ryoma Pilot Swap Bug

Completing a scenario with Shin Getter 2 or 3 on the field will prevent Ryoma from switching into Shin Getter Dragon from the intermission menu. The game remembers what form transformable mechs are in when a scenario is completed, and if Ryoma isn't the main pilot of Shin Getter, he can't be reassigned to Shin Getter Dragon. Simply complete a scenario with Shin Getter 1 on the field to fix this.
As of update 1.02, this bug has been fixed. After clearing a scenario, Shin Getter 2 and 3 will revert to Shin Getter 1 in the intermission menu. (PS4 - Confirmed)

Amari Voice Bug

In secret scenario 4 (Visitor X), choosing the female protagonist in the pre-scenario dialogue will cause Amari to be the main pilot of Xelguard, and none of her combat dialogue will load properly. Most attacks will have Amari's lines replaced by generic Gardim AI dialogue, and the character portrait will fail to load. When using Universe Command, Amari's portrait will load, but no voice clips will be played, nor will any text be displayed. This bug does not affect Iori's version of the scenario, and occurs on both PS4 and Switch versions of the game.
As of update 1.02, this bug has been fixed. (PS4 - Confirmed)

Sagiri / Saizo Skill Bug

When starting a New Game + from your clear data, if you choose not to have your skill/stat TacP refunded, the skills and stat bonuses on Sagiri and Saizo will carry over to their counterparts; if you picked Sagiri as your main on the first run, then Saizo as your main on the next, he would inherit her kills, skills, stats, and vice versa. This causes a bug to occur with the other main character (the one piloting the Gespenst). The non-selected mains also carry over to each other, but their default skills are different from each other. The non-main version of Sagiri has Guard L2, while the non-main Saizo has Instinct L2. If the non-main Saizo was given Guard, he can pass it on to Sagiri on the next run if you choose Saizo as the main. This causes Sagiri to have two copies of the Guard skill (her default L2 and whatever Guard level Saizo had in the previous run). Interestingly, the two Guard skills actually stack with each other. The same method can be used to pass an extra copy of Instinct from Sagiri to Saizo, which also stacks with Saizo's natural Instinct L2.

Zeta Gundam's Waverider Charge

There is an inconsistency in the max range of Zeta Gundam's "Waverider's Charge" attack (requires Bio-Sensor ability to be active) : the attack has a range of 1 so it should not benefit from any range bonus. This is true if the pilot's Newtype level is 6 or below.
BUT if the pilot's Newtype level is 7 or more, it's max range is extended thanks to the Newtype skill and the attack then beneits from any additional range extension, be them from Power Parts, Custom Upgrade Bonus, ExC range bonus through Tac Customisation rank 4 etc...
The same effect is seen if you use Kincade if he is Aced (the Ace bonus extends the range of all CQB weapons).
