Pilot Exclusive Skills
Skill | Japanese | Description |

Newtype | ニュータイプ | Increased Hit and Evade rates, also gives bonuses to the range of certain weapons. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
Enhanced Human (Cyber-Newtype) | 強化人間 | Increased Hit and Evade rates, also gives bonuses to the range of certain weapons. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
Aura Battler | 聖戦士 | Increased Evade rate, Hyper Aura Slash attack power, and strength of Aura Barrier. Allows use of certain weapons. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
Ninja | 忍者 | Increases Evade rate, Hit rate, and Critical rate. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
ESP | 超能力 | Increased Hit rate, Evade rate, and Attack Power. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
Telekinesis | 念動力 | At the beginning of each Ally phase, regenerates 20% of maximum SP. |
Mental Concentration (Mental Focus) | 精神統一 | When SP is under 20%, the unit will recover 10% of maximum SP. |
Become Beastial (Aggressive Beast) | 野生化 | At 130 Will, damage becomes multiplied by 1.2 |
First Strike | 先手必勝 | At 120 Will, when attacked by the enemy this unit will "Counter" and attack first. |
Nanomachine User | ナノマシン処理 | Is required to pilot an Aestivalis. |
A-class Jumper | A級ジャンパー | Enables the unit to Boson Jump. |
Clear Mind, Still Water (Clarity) | 明鏡止水 | At 130 Will, HP +200, EN +50, Limit +10, Mobility +10, Combat Ability +10, and all terrain bonuses become A-rank. |
Precognition | 予知能力 | At 110 Will, the unit will automatically gain the "Flash" (ひらめき) status once per turn. |
Perseverance | がんばり屋 | At 120 Will, the unit will automatically gain the "Effort" (努力) status once per turn. |
Lucky | 強運 | The unit earns 1.5 times as much money in battle. |
Stubborn | 頑固一徹 | When under 50% HP the unit gains +300 Armor, and gains +2 Will when hit. |
Rebellious | 反骨心 | When under 50% HP the unit gains +200 Armor, +30 Hit, and gains +2 Will when hit. |
Reversed Anger | 逆切れ | The unit gains +2 Will when hit. |
Blocking | 防御 | Allows the use of "Shield Defense" & "Sword Cut" to reduce/nullify damage, if the unit has a sword, and or shield. |
Support Attack | 援護攻撃 | If an attacking unit is next to another unit with this ability, the unit with support attack will launch an attack of their own after the enemy's counterattack, as long as they are able to stand on the same type of terrain the attacking unit is. (E.g. the unit with support attack must be able to fly in order to support a flying unit). |
Support Defend | 援護防御 | If a defending unit is next to another unit with this ability, the unit with support defend will take the hit from them, as long as they are able to stand on the same type of terrain the defending unit is. (E.g. the unit with support defend must be able to fly in order to protect a flying unit). |
Leadership | 統率 | If an attacking unit with this Leadership ability is next to another unit that has the Support Attack ability, both of them will launch a simultaneous attack and both attacks are guaranteed to be critical, as long as the supporting unit is able to stand on the same type of terrain the attacking unit is. (E.g. the unit with support attack must be able to fly in order to support a flying unit). |
Resurrection | 起死回生 | If HP, EN, & SP are below 20%, at the beginning of the next ally phase, the unit's HP, EN, & SP recover by a large portion. |

08 or less | Hit Up +20 | 命中率+20 | Raises the Hit Rate by 20 |
09 or less | Special Skill LV Up +1 | 特殊技能LV+1 | Increases the rank of other special skills by 1. (Skills with "+number", even ones like Newtype) DOES NOT GO OVER OTHER SKILLS TO RAISE THEM BY ONE LEVEL - it is a skill of its own that belongs in its own spot. |
10 or less | Fighting Spirit | 闘争心 | A unit with this ability starts off with Will +5. |
11 or less | Critical Up +25 | クリティカル+25 | Raises the Critical Hit Rate by 25 |
12 or less | Prevail | 底力 | As the unit's HP decreases, their Evade, Hit, Armor, & Critical Hit Rate all increase proportionally to HP. Bonuses increase up to level 9 (can be naturally learned) |
13 or less | SP Up +5 | 精神力+5 | Raises the pilot's maximum SP by 5 |
14 or less | Hit Up +10 | 命中率+10 | Raises the Hit Rate by 10 |
15 or less | Evade Up +10 | 回避率+10 | Raises the Evade Rate by 10 |
16 or less | Critical Up +15 | クリティカル+15 | Raises the Critical Hit Rate by 15 |
