| Skill | Japanese | Description |

| ESP (Telekinesis) | 念動力 | With each level up (up to level 9), hit and evade are increased. |
| Sword Cut | 斬り払い | With each level up (up to level 9), unit is more likely to negate attacks with swords, solid projectiles, or physical strikes (Skill Level/16 chance). |
| Shield Defense | シールド防御 | With each level up (up to level 9), unit is more likely to defend against an attack with a shield (Skill Level/16 chance). |
| Prevail | 底力 | Lower the HP the higher Accuracy and Evasion stats bonus. Starts at 1/4 of Max HP. Accuracy and Evasion +30% and Critical Rate +50%, also increases armor (1/2 HP +10%, 1/4 HP +20%, 1/8 HP +30%) |
| Guts | ガッツ | Same as Prevail, but Evasion and Accuracy bonus is +50%. |
| Leadership | 統率 | Surrounding teammates receive bonuses to hit, evade, and damage. Improves with each level up to level 4. |
| Newtype | ニュータイプ | Increased Hit and Evade rates, also gives bonuses to the range of psycommu-based weaponry. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
| Artificial Newtype | 人工ニュータイプ | Increased Hit and Evade rates, also gives bonuses to the range of certain weapons. Improves with each level up to level 8. |
| Cyber Newtype | 強化人間 | Increased hit and dodge rates, also gives bonuses to the range of psycommu-based weaponry. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
| Support | 援護 | Allows the pilot to provide offensive or defensive support. Ability level determines how many times the pilot can provide support in a given turn. |
| Aggressive Beast | 野生化 | At 130 Will, attack increases x1.25 |
| Category F | カテゴリーF | Increased Hit, Evade and critical rates. Improves with each level up to level 9. |
