• About Route Splits:

The game features 2 main routes, Independence Army and OZ. The IA route soon splits into two, with one split being called the Complete Pacifism route. The CP route itself eventually branches as well. The main branch leads back into the IA route, while the other branch called the "Treize Sub-Route" leads into the OZ route. This allows you to "switch over" from the IA/CP route to the OZ route halfway through the game, if you so desire. Unfortunately, it does not work in reverse, as the OZ route only has one branch that very quickly just leads back into the main OZ route. If you pick the OZ route, you're in it for the long haul.

• About secrets related to number of kills:

You can check the kill count of your pilots by pressing L/Z two times in the deployment screen.

Note that stage numbers can vary in this game depending on certain conditions. Check the stage name to ensure that you are on the right stage.

Independence Army Route, second half

In this half of this route, the stage numbers become so erratic, so highly variable depending on your choices, that it's unreasonable to try and list every potential number each stage could have.
Instead, a rough approximation of what the stage number should be around is provided. These numbers correspond to the numbers listed on the Flow Chart for this game, so refer to that page
if you need help. Comparing the Japanese stage name text here to the stage name text in your game is vital to figuring out which stage you're on.

~40	決死の突破作戦 前編		Todd (Part 4)	Obtained if you fulfilled all of the previous conditions. On the IA route, Todd joins piloting the Sirbine.
~40	決死の突破作戦 前編		Silky	Marvel must have a kill count of 30 or higher before the start of this stage. You must also have fulfilled all of the conditions for Todd to join. If you fulfill these requirements, then Silky join with Todd as a subpilot for whichever unit he is piloting.
~41	決死の突破作戦 後編		Rose and Zeron (Part 3)	Convince Rose with Takeru. If you fulfilled all of the previous conditions as well, she will join after the stage.
~43	勝利者のいない戦い		Puru and Quebeley Mk.II (Part 1)	Convince Puru with Judau.
~44	地球圏制圧		Puru and Quebeley Mk.II (Part 2)	Defeat Glemy and then convince Puru with Judau. If you fulfilled the previous condition as well, she'll join.

~53	恐怖! デビルアクシズ始動! 前編		Kyral and Mandala Gundam	Obtained if you fulfilled the previous condition.
~55	絶叫の宇宙		Quess and Jagd Doga	Do not defeat Quess during this stage. Move the Ra Cailum onto Axis, and then defeat Char with Amuro within 2 turns. If you are successful, Quess will join you for the next stage (which is the final stage of the game).

OZ Route, second half

40 / 41 / 42	絶望と悲しみの拳 後編		Schwartz survives	Deploy Shin Getter on this stage, and Schwartz Bruder will not die. (Uncertain if he rejoins you or not.)
40 / 41 / 42	絶望と悲しみの拳 後編		Allenby and Nobel Gundam (Part 3)	If you deploy Allenby on this stage, she will become an enemy. To save her, you must convince her with Domon and then with Rain in the same turn, before the number of enemies has been reduced to less than 10. Fail to do so, and you will lose her permanently. If you have not recruited Allenby yet, she will appear as a hostile enemy during a stage event. (TODO: This has only been confirmed coming from Complete Pacifism route. Needs to be tested on a playthrough that goes through OZ route)
40 / 41 / 42	絶望と悲しみの拳 後編		Mass-Produced Nu Gundam	Obtained automatically after the stage, but only if you chose the OZ route at the first route decision; Complete Pacifism -> Go With Treize players will not receive the unit.. During the cutscene, someone will talk about equipping it with either Fin Funnels or Incoms, and you will be given a dialogue option. Choose "フィンファンネル装備" for Fin Funnels, or choose "インコム装備" for Incoms.
44 / 45 / 46	宇宙の渦		Puru and Qubeley Mk.II	Defeat Glemy and then convince Puru with Judau, and she'll join.
44 / 45 / 46	宇宙の渦		Puru Two (Part 1)	Successfully recruit Puru (see above).

50 / 51 / 52	恐怖! デビルアクシズ始動! 前編		Kyral and Mandala Gundam	Obtained if you fulfilled the previous condition.
52 / 53 / 54	絶叫の宇宙		Quess and Jagd Doga	Do not defeat Quess during this stage. Move the Ra Cailum onto Axis, and then defeat Char with Amuro within 2 turns. If you are successful, Quess will join you for the next stage (which is the final stage of the game).

Individual Secrets

Main Character Secrets

Brad: Katz & Vyrose

• #1 - You need to have shot down Katz with Brad at least twice before Independence Army route's scenario #32IA 混沌の地球圏 (Global Chaos) or OZ's route's stage #31OZ トレーズ抹殺指令 (Treize's Obliteration Directive).
• #2 - If you did #1 the following scenario will be #33BIA/32BOZ, 決着の時 (In the Moment of Truth). If Brad's kill count is 100 or higher, Katz will join you.

• If you recruit Katz, Earthgain will get a combo attack with Vyrose.
• If you do not recruit Katz, your Earthgain will get upgraded into a Super Earthgain.
• You won't be able to get Katz if you're going through the Complete Pacifism Route.

Manami: Aisha & Elbrus

• You'll get the Simurgh Splendid whether you recruit Aisha or not.
• If you do recruit Aisha, you'll be able to control her and her Elbrus during the stage she joins. Afterwards the Elbrus will be permanently attached to the Simurgh S and Aisha will just replace Lawrence as the copilot.
• The method is different depending on which of the main route splits do you go through:

Manami goes through the Independence Army Route

• #1 - Convince Aisha with Manami in scenario #24IA 偽りの平和 (False Peace).
• #2 - Convince Aisha with Manami in scenario #28IA OZ分裂　前編 (OZ's Separation: Part 1).
• #3 - Aisha will appear as reinforcements if Manami is there by the time there are less than 9 enemy units left in scenario #31IA その名はエピオン (Its Name Is Epyon).

Manami goes through the Complete Pacifism Route

• #1 - Convince Aisha with Manami in scenario #26CP 燃え尽きない流星 (The Meteor that doesn't Burn Out).
• #2 - Convince Aisha with Manami in scenario #27CP 戦いの意味は (The Meaning of Fighting).
• #3 - Aisha will appear as reinforcements if Manami is there in turn 2 or by the time there are less than 7 enemy units left in scenario #31CP 地球件を覆う暗雲 (Dark Clouds Covering the Earth Sphere).

Manami goes through the OZ Route

• #1 Romefeller Subroute - If you go through scenario #26RO 月は地獄だ！ (The Moon is Hell!), you'll get a choice. Select either「お願い、話を聞いて」 or「待って、アイシャ」.
• #1 OZ - If you go through scenario #26OZ ムーンアタック (Moon Attack), you'll get a choice. Select 「アイシャを呼び止める」
• #2 - Convince Aisha with Manami in scenario #31OZ トレーズ抹殺指令 (Treize's Obliteration Directive), and she'll join at the start of the following scenario, #32OZ キリマンジャロの嵐 (Kilimanjaro's Storm).

Ark: Elrich & Norouz

• The method is different depending on which of the main route splits do you go through:

Ark goes through the Independence Army Route

• #1 - Choose the second option at the beginning of scenario #16R 理想潰えて (Shattered Ideals).
• #2 - Convince Elrich with Ark in scenario #32IA 混沌の地球圏 (Global Chaos).
• #3 - At the end of the same scenario choose the second option, 「わかりません、わかりませんけど…」. You'll go to scenario #32AIA, ここより共に (Both From Here), and Elrich will join.

Ark goes through the Complete Pacifism Route

• Convince Elrich with Ark in scenario #27CP 戦いの意味は (The Meaning of Fighting and he'll join).

Ark goes through the OZ Route

• #1 - Go through the Romefeller Sub-Route and convince Elrich with Ark in scenario #26RO 月は地獄だ！ (The Moon is Hell!)
• #2 - Convince Elrich with Ark in scenario #31OZ トレーズ抹殺指令 (Treize's Obliteration Directive).
• #3 - At the end of the same scenario choose the second option, 「わかりません、わかりませんけど…」. You'll go to scenario #31AOZ, ここより共に (Both From Here), and Elrich will join.

• #1 - Convince Allenby with Domon in scenario #10S 卑劣な罠を破れ! (Tearful Vile Trap!) or #10R 悲しみのホンコンシティ (Sorrow in Hong Kong City).
• #2 - Convince Allenby with Domon in scenario #29IA OZ分裂　後編 (OZ's Separation: Part 2) or in #32OZ キリマンジャロの嵐 (Kilimanjaro's Storm) and she'll join.
• Allenby will auto-deploy in scenario #39IA 死闘！ランタオ島 大決戦 後編 (Fight to the Death! Lantau Island Decisive Battle: Part 2), she'll become an enemy.
  • #3 - To rescue Allenby, convince her with Domon, then with Rain in the same turn in less than 4 turns.
    • If Allenby appears naturally as an enemy, there is no way to convince her.
• If you deploy Allenby in scenario #41OZ 絶望と悲しみの拳 後編 (Fist of Sorrow and Despair: Part 2), she'll become an enemy.
  • If you have not recruited Allenby yet, she will appear as a hostile enemy during a stage event. (TODO: This has only been confirmed coming from Complete Pacifism route. Needs to be tested on a playthrough that goes through OZ route)
  • #3 - To rescue Allenby, convince her with Domon, then with Rain in the same turn before there are only 10 enemies left.

Garalia & Bastole

• Do not attack or counterattack her at all during 4 turns in scenario #11 海と大地の狭間より (In the Space Between Sea and Land), and she'll join you right away.

Endless Waltz Units

If you fully upgrade any of the 5 upgraded main Gundams from Gundam Wing: Wing Zero, Deathscythe Hell, Heavyarms Kai, Sandrock Kai or Altron, they'll become their "Custom" counterparts from Endless Waltz.
