Story
Wataru Hoshibe, a fourth-grade elementary school student, is a "RyuTuber" who wishes to become a popular streamer that he calls "Superstar". Wataru and his cousin, Kakeru Amabe, are guided by a voice and are transported to Chubukai, a world filled with floating blocks, here the two encounter the swordsman Offline and the popular V-Tuber, Maro. The group travels across Chubukai in order to save it from the forces of Enjoda, with Wataru being the world's legendary saviour and guided by the Dragon God, Ryujinmaru
