Quick reminders

  • If you have at least 1 Stamina, you can perform any action. Reaching exactly 0 Stamina is safe, but at 0 you cannot perform non-recovery actions.
  • There is a chance to become sick if an event would require more Stamina than you currently have; see Getting Sick for the formula and examples.
  • Keep money set aside to treat sickness (Vacation or Medicine) when deciding to reduce Stamina below zero.
  • Lemonade restores 30 Stamina on purchase, but its shop price increases over time and with number of purchases.
  • Treat Lemonade as a progressively more expensive emergency resource.
  • Medicine cures Sick, but each purchase is consumed on use and its price increases with each buy.
  • Passive per-turn recovery depends on a heroine's total base stats; see turn recovery formula for how passive recovery is calculated.
  • Iris mastery bonus: when healthy, grants +10 Stamina after each event, effectively reducing the net stamina cost per event.

Overview / Mechanics

This page summarizes the stamina rules and the gameplay effects that matter for planning. Use the Recovery Services page for the full per-service table and one-click unlock plans.

Core stamina rules

  • Stamina is spent to perform events/actions. Most normal story/work events consume 10 Stamina.
  • If you have at least 1 Stamina, you can perform any action. Reaching exactly 0 stamina is safe, but when at 0 you cannot perform non-recovery actions (you can still use recovery events).
  • Vacations / Relaxation services restore stamina; some vacations restore full (max) stamina and also cure Sick status. Vacation actions may cost money and often have cooldowns. Plan vacations when you expect sickness or when you need a full refill for a long session.
  • Consumables:
  • Lemonade — restores 30 Stamina. Lemonade price increases over time and with number of purchases, treat it as a progressively more expensive limited resource.
  • Medicine (かぜ薬) — cures Sick. Medicine price increases with each purchase, keep a small emergency stock for illness.
  • Passive per-turn recovery is determined by heroine base stats. Passive-percentage items multiply (modify) that per-turn base; list passive items as percent modifiers until you have the game's base-per-turn number for a given heroine.
  • Reward-Reel / stamina panels: certain items increase the number of stamina panels or the probability of stamina appearing on reward reels; these increase event-derived stamina intake.
  • Unlocking recovery options increases the number of usable actions in a turn; unlocking one or more reliable recovery services can be worth the unlock cost if it increases net actions per session.

Getting Sick

If an event would require more Stamina than you currently have, you have a chance to become sick based on the deficit from the event.

Sickness chance = clamp( Deficit + 10, 10, 100 ) %

That is, add 10 to the deficit and cap the result between 10% and 100%.

Notes

  • If EventCost ≤ CurrentStamina, sickness chance = 0%.
  • The chart above is linear: every 1 point of deficit raises the chance by 1 percentage point (after the +10 offset) until the 100% cap.
  • Example: EventCost 100, CurrentStamina 95 → Deficit 5 → Chance = 5 + 10 = 15%.

Natural recovery from Sick

While Sick, your heroine still regains stamina each turn, but at half the normal rate.

At the end of each turn there is a chance the Sick status will be cured. The cure chance is based on current stamina as a fraction of max stamina:

Cure chance = (Current Stamina ÷ Max Stamina) × 100%

That is, the higher your current stamina relative to max, the more likely the heroine will recover from Sick at the end of the turn.

  • Current Stamina = Max Stamina → 100% chance to be cured
  • Current Stamina = 50% of Max → 50% chance to be cured
  • Current Stamina = 0 → 0% chance to be cured
  • Sickness also cures instantly if you use Medicine (かぜ薬) or go on a Vacation.

Quick planning rules

  • Avoid letting stamina remain capped at max between turns — wasted recovery is opportunity cost.
  • Prefer recurring, short-cooldown services for steady sessions, and reserve large vacations or Lemonade for planned long sessions or emergencies.
  • Because Lemonade and Medicine increase in price per purchase, prefer reusable recovery (services, passive boosts) where economically sensible.

This table lists only items that directly affect stamina (consumables, passives that change passive-per-turn regen, and items that affect reward-reel stamina panels).

Notes on items

  • Lemonade and Medicine both grow in price with purchases, prefer stamina recovery events and passive unlocks over repeat consumable buys when possible. Try to keep enough money on hand when doing a risky event to cure sickness with Medicine or to pay for a Vacation.

Unlocking 羽毛の魔法 / The Magic of a Feather

You must complete this event chain to unlock 魔法の羽毛布団 / Magical Feather Duvet in the shop.
Complete the chain by end of Turn 34 to receive the item reward.
