Story
A young girl named Atsuko "Akko" Kagari idolizes the witch Shiny Chariot and dreams of becoming a witch just like her. She enrolls into the witch school Luna Nova, however Akko has no magical talent whatsoever. After coming across the Shiny Rod, Shiny Chariot's own magic staff, Akko's life begins to take a turn.
